Through timelapse photography, photomicroscopy and other digital animation techniques I intend to study the cycle of life of different organisms:- what do species need to grow? what keeps them alive? what kills them?
I will use this research to create a narrative film which explores the way we are all connected, and addresses the implications of human behaviour on our ecosystem.
I am beginning this research by conducting a series
of experiments to study the technical and theoretical issues to these
questions. To the left are still images from my first timelapse experiment
of mung beans.
